An Invitation to the Mat to Start a Holistic Path to the Self
While my classes incorporate elements of Vinyasa, Ashtanga, and Restorative Yoga, our foundation remains anchored in the traditional limbs of Hatha Yoga:
Asanas: Conscious physical postures.
Shat Karma: Traditional cleansing techniques.
Pranayama: Mastery of the breath and life force.
Mudras: Meaningful energetic gestures.
Bandhas: Locks to change the flow of ‘prana’ in the body.
The ultimate goal of Yoga is Samadhi—a state of absolute absorption and the union of individual and universal consciousness. While this final stage is a lifelong journey often guided by true Yogacharyas, I welcome open dialogue on these deeper spiritual dimensions as we practice together.
